    Duration of stay

    • In the off season short stays are possible (minimum 3 days).
    • Minimum length of stay one week.
    • In high season at least two weeks.

    Check-in Check out

    • Check out must be before 09:30
    • It is possible to check in from 16 to 20.
    • Any delay must be communicated and agreed.

    Pets

    • Upon request, we accept small pets. It will be the guest's care to equip themselves with sofa covers.
    • However, it is not allowed to leave the animals alone in the apartment.

    Linen and tidying up

    • The apartments are equipped with bed linen and towels.
    • At the end of the stay, the guests will have to leave the apartment in tidy conditions: please take the garbage away and reorganize the kitchen corner.

    Booking validity

    • For the confirmation of the reservation we require a deposit corresponding to 30% of the total sum, to be paid by bank transfer within one week from the confirmation e-mail.

    Cancellation policy

    • For cancellations up to 28 days before the agreed arrival date, we will return the full amount of the deposit.
    • For cancellations made from 28 days before the arrival until the date of arrival, the deposit will be retained.
    • The notice of cancellation must be made by e-mail to the following e-mail address: info@residencevillaerica.it
    • There is no refund for reasons of early departure or late arrival.

    DOLOMITI PAGANELLA CARD

    The MOLVENO CARD is issued free of charge to each guest staying at Residence Villa Erica. The card is valid for the holder only and for the whole duration of their stay. With the Card, reductions and discounts are available on the cost of entry tickets to sports facilities, local attractions and services: Altopiano di Pradel, the indoor tennis, volleyball court and five-a-side football pitch in Molveno; the Altopiano sports facilities, the spa in Comano and entrance to the castles and museums in neighbouring resorts and in Trento and Rovereto.
