Length of Stay
·The minimum length of stay is one week
·Short stays are possible only in the low season (minimum 3 days)
Check In & Check Out
·Check In: 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Arrival outside this time slot must be agreed upon
·Check Out: by 9.30 a.m.
Tidy Up before Departure
·At the end of their stay, guests are expected to leave the apartment tidy. Special attention should be given when tidying the kitchenette

Reservation Terms and Conditions
·A deposit of 30% of the agreed amount is required to confirm the reservation, to be paid by bank transfer within one week of the confirmation email

Cancellation Policy
·Cancellations made up to 28 days before the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund of the deposit.
·Cancellations made within 28 days of the arrival date, or after the scheduled arrival, will forfeit the deposit.
·Cancellations must be notified by email to: info@residencevillaerica.it
·No refunds will be issued for early departures or late arrivals.
